Keith Wright disrobes during a US Airways flight and resisted a flight attendant’s efforts to cover him with a blanket before two off-duty police officers subdued and handcuffed him.
Wright, 50, was taken into custody after a flight attendant asked him repeatedly to get dressed and he refused to be covered with a blanket.
He later told the FBI he suffered from a bipolar disorder and had not taken his medication before the flight. The FBI said Wright is in federal custody on a charge of interfering with flight crew members and attendants.
Wright is expected to appear in court today on a charge of interfering with flight crew members and attendants.
A US Airways spokeswoman said the plane from Charlotte continued on to Los Angeles after Wright’s arrest.

Okay folks, HOW was this man able to completely disrobe and NOT attract the attention of others BEFORE getting ALL of his clothes off? I know that if I am on a flight and the person next to me removes his or her SHIRT or PANTS………I personally am on the CALL button to get a flight attendents attention. I would not sit there and wait as the person continued to remove his/her clothing. Were all the passengers asleep on this flight only to wake up to the sight of a naked man?

this man is truly bi-polar, the same thing happened to Vivien leigh (Scarlett O’hara) she had to be restrained on a flight once for trying to disrobe. there were no meds in those days for this condition, and she was repeatedly commited for this condition. It eventually claimed her life. please do not ridicule them, they truly need help. Joan Crawford was another victim.
