Fall Out Boy Set New World Record
by Staff

Rockers Fall Out Boy have smashed the world record for the most radio interviews recorded in 24 hours after taping 72 chats on Friday (31Oct08).

Bandmembers Pete Wentz and Patrick Stump kicked off their talkathon on Halloween in Los Angeles at 3am local time - and talked non-stop for 12 hours to promote their upcoming album Folie A Deux.

And the stars managed to surpass the previous record of 57, set in May (08) by unreported interviewees, to set a new Guinness World Record for Most Interviews On Radio In a 24 Hour Period By A Pair Of Two.

Writing on his blog before the record-breaking attempt, Wentz said: "Woke up at 2.15am tonight. Pretty awesome. Dog didn't even get up to say goodbye. That's when u know its (sic) early." (c) WENN
