Top Party Schools! (VIDEO) Playboy Vs Princeton Review
by Mitch Marconi

Top party schools isn't exactly the phrase parents picking up the tab for their child's college education want to hear, but there are a couple of lists out there for would-be college students to choose from, and you might want to find out who's who in college partyland.

The top party school, according to the Princeton Review, is the University of Georgia. But if you ask the folks at Playboy, the best place to find the party is at University of Texas at Austin.

Following close behind in the Princeton Review is Ohio University at number 2, then Penn State, West Virginia University, and at number 5, the University of Mississippi.

From the report, one might gather that the University of Georgia has the best campus food and "jock schools", and that slightly more girls than boys attend.

However, the college at which students are most satisfied with their financial aid – the issue many parents care most about – is Franklin W. Olin College of Engineering (MA), says the website.

Sewanee – The University of the South (TN) takes top honors as the most beautiful campus while Bowdoin College (ME) serves the best campus food, and Bryn Mawr College (PA) has the best dorms.

Oh, and the most "stone cold sober" school? That would be Brigham Young University (UT).

Ranking lists in their book "The Best 373 Colleges: 2011 Edition" (Random House / Princeton Review) and the #1 colleges on those ranking lists are:

· Best Career Services – Northeastern University (MA)
· Best Classroom Experience – Mount Holyoke College (MA)
· Most Accessible Profs – U.S. Air Force Academy (CO)
· Most Conservative Students – Texas A&M University
· Most Liberal Students – Hampshire College (MA)
· Most Politically Active Students – American University (DC)
· Least Religious Students – Sarah Lawrence College (NY)
· Happiest Students – Brown University (RI)
· Lots of Race/Class Interaction– University of Miami (FL)
· LGBT-Friendly – Emerson College (MA)
· Top Party Schools –University of Georgia
· Top Stone-Cold Sober Schools – Brigham Young University (UT)
· Everyone Plays Intramural Sports – University of Notre Dame (IN)
