Valerie Hamilton, 23, was discovered this weekend in a self-storage facility in Charlotte. It is believed that Valerie was with Harvey the night before. It is believed they were spotted leaving a Charlotte restaurant early Wednesday.

Harvey has a history sex abuse. He was convicted in 2000 of first-degree sexual abuse. He was then released 305 days later on parole. He violated parole conditions in June 2001 and had to spend 6 more months in prison. He failed to register as a sex offender. He has been charged previously with breaking and entering.

Harvey is believed to be driving a stolen 1996 white Chevy Blazer with the North Carolina tag ZXE-1756. He has not been found yet and authorities believe he is on the run.

America's Most Wanted has joined the search. Valerie's father was on ABC "Good Morning America" asking police forces around the U.S. to help him find this man.

Valerie is a college student and a part-time swim teacher.
