Some Sarah Palin fans have called her into action with a song called the Sarah Palin Battle Hymn. The song uses the tune of "The Battle Hymn of the Republic."
The song was dedicated to the Tea Party and all patriots. The song was reportedly created and written by Tom Dempsey according to the Youtube video. The video was posted in October 2010.
The song is not written by Sarah Palin nor her organization. The song features some of the discontent and frustration with the current Obama administration. Some of they lyrics from this relatively unknown artist is drawing some fire. Here are the lyrics of the chorus:
Sa-rah Palin, she won't listen to their bunk.
Sa-rah Palin's coming south to hunt some skunk.
Sa-rah Palin, she'll throw 'em all in jail.
And when she gets to Washington, it'll be cold as hell.
The one line particuarlly getting some heat is "She'll throw'em all in jail." Whether the meaning is a literal jail or not is difficult to tell. Only the artist could answer that question.
This song is assuming that Sarah Palin is going to run for president. Palin has not stated she would run for president as of yet. She has stated numerous times that she would do it if no one stepped up to the plate in the GOP. Otherwise she hopes to be a "big helper" for whatever candidate she supports. (c) tPC
