One New Hampshire apartment complex manager is fed up with folks not picking up after their dog's poop - and she's not taking it lying down! Her new policy, however, has a lot of folks talking, and not in a good way.

The Timberwood Commons manager, Debbie Violette, has revealed that she plans to go out and buy commercially available DNA testing kits to test the DNA of the dog poop that's been left lying around her Lebanon complex - and says she will match the DNA to the DNA she has on file for all the pups living in her building.

The only problem is - she doesn't have the DNA on file yet. She's requiring owners to submit their dog's DNA on Friday.
