Popular DVD and video game rental company RedBox is increasing the rental costs. The company is raising their prices from $1 to $1.20.

The company said they needed to increase it citing operating costs. Still, a 20 cent difference you would imagine would not be a large deal however fans are not happy. Here are just a few of the angry Facebook comments being left on the Red Box Facebook Page:

"is now cheaper to buy movies on eBay. Too much greed. UNLIKE and unsubscribing to the newletter. Thanx for hiking prices when most can't buy bread.."

"Ok so if $1.20 is to much for you to pay... maybe you should evaluate your own life. Get a better paying job. Hey you could always go stink yourself up at some occupy rally. Redbox is awesome. Great job!"

"You will lose this customer with your price hike."

"Any customer who WHINES about 20 cents is a TRASHY CHEAPSKATE with a disgusting sense of entitlement"

"Must be a Netflix affiliate. I guess it's not enough you already nearly doubled your revenue picking up disgruntled netflix customers. 1.20 isn't much, sure. But the next thing u know it'll 1.50, then 2.00 and on and on."
