Johanna Quaas, 86, Age Defying Professional Gymnast Wows Crowd (VIDEOS)

Who says your too old for sports? Grandmother Johanna Quaas, 86, performed a demonstration of her balance and strength at the Cottbus World Cup. Quaas has being doing gymnastics since age 30.

Quaas, grey haired, stole the show by doing an exhibition display on parallel bars and floor. Her performance garnered a thunderous applause from the crowd.

Quaas bounces and flips and looks more agile than most of us. You can see the hard work that she's put into her sport and how she's trained her body to be a mountain of strength even at 86.
