The video shows Kate shaking her booty while her swimsuit is falling off. Previous Upton viral videos showed her with hard nipples and bikinis performing similar antics.

YouTube's policy on nudity: "most nudity is not allowed, particularly if it is in a sexual context. Generally if a video is intended to be sexually provocative, it is less likely to be acceptable for YouTube."
