Harry Potter actor Daniel Radcliffe is getting a lot of attention lately for starring in Rudyard Kipling as 17-year-old Jack Kipling.
Daniel Radcliffe apparently did an outstanding job as Jack on the set of Rudyard Kipling - and many are saying this role may be the beginning of the end of 'Harry Potter'.
Jane Austen writes this review of Radcliffe's performance in Rudyard Kipling: Young Daniel Radcliffe is outstanding as Jack, Kipling's myopic 17-year old son. As this young actor matures, I hope he will succeed in breaking free from his Harry Potter persona to become an adult actor. His performance as young Jack Kipling is so believable, that one screams internally "No!" when he leads the charge during battle. Daniel brings both strength and vulnerability to the role, especially in the scene in which, as Jack, he speaks for the last time to his father.
Several photos and a full review are here. Enjoy!
