Marie Jarry was a second grade school teacher in Southington. Her husband says that she has resigned her position

According to the Web site of "The Howard Stern Show," Marie Jarry has resigned after pictures of her in a bikini taken on the show caused some controversy.

Aaron Jarry says on the show that his wife had no choice and submitted her resignation earlier this week. 

According to Jarry, his wife felt the heat from the Thalberg School community when the pictures were released.

The couple were apparently the $5,000 winners on the Stern show's "Ugliest Man, Hottest Wife" contest May 1.
