Dayana Mendoza Nude Photo - New Miss Universe Dayana Mendoza has been caught up in a nude scandal.

A picture of Dayana Mendoza modelling naked for a jewellery firm have been unearthed.

The 22-year-old Venezuelan beauty queen posed for the sexy pictures before signing on as a Miss Universe contestant.

Miss Universe Organization officials have decided not to penalise Mendoza.

They claim the candid photos are "artistic in nature, and they don't have an ounce of pornographic content to them". (c) WENN (c) tPC
