DJ AM, real name Adam Goldstein, has been photographed leaving the hospital he was bound to after the plane wreck that could have killed him.

DJ AM has surfaced after leaving the hospital for a memorial service. Goldstein was severely injured and burned during the plane crash.

Our friends at TMZ dish: With clearly-visible burn injuries, a brave DJ AM left his LA home this morning to attend a memorial service for Travis Barker's assistant, Chris Baker. In the aftermath of the horrific jet crash which claimed four lives, AM spent a week in a Georgia hospital and was released on Friday.
