Georgia woman Tonya Fowler was so upset when she saw her horrible mug shot in a local broadsheet, she dialed 911 to voice her displeasure.

Police said Fowler called in the emergency on Sunday when her puss appeared in the Bad & Busted mug shot paper for a previous arrest.

And as if that weren't enough, after having been reminded that 911 is for emergencies only, Fowler rang back that evening with a different gripe.
