Britney Spears $25,000 a month rental [PHOTOS]. Britney Spears, who turned 30 Dec. 2, now rents an enormous new home outside Los Angeles with panoramic views…of a golf course.

For a cool $25,000 a month, Spears, beau Jason Trawick and her sons Sean, 6, and Jayden, 5, reside in a 10,000 square foot estate situated on a 1.8 acre lot with plenty of bells and whistles.

Some of the amenities? A professional chef’s kitchen, library and family rooms and a huge game room with its own pub; Spears and Trawick, 39, also work out and stay enterained in a private gym and home theater.

When Spears and her guy are in the mood to entertain friends and family, the outdoor area features an infinity pool and spa with water features and an outdoor kitchen with a covered eating area and indoor/outdoor audio — and, naturally a huge play area for the boys.
