Halle Berry [PHOTOS] Salma Hayek witness. Rather like a twist in one of their films, glamorous Halle Berry has enlisted glamorous Salma Hayek to get involved in her high profile custody case against ex Gabriel Aubry.

If you haven't been paying attention at the back, Halle wants to take her four-year-old child to live in France, much to chagrin of her devoted father, model Gabriel Aubrey.

The 46-year-old is now engaged to Parisian actor Olivier Martinez, also 46, who is not be confused with Aubry, 35, who is French-Canadian and not actually from Europe.

It's been a bitter battle, with Aubry insisting that his child remains in the US, in her Malibu home, Halle has centred her argument for the move around escape from the paparazzi. Go here for more and photos.
