It sure does seem like Britney Spears is gearing up to divorce her deadbeat husband Kevin Federline only months after their baby Sean Preston was born.

Kevin Federline, 27, who has been rumored to have been shirking his fatherly and husbandly duties in order to party in nightclubs, was seen in the trendy "The Spider Club", falling down on the dance floor and breaking his arm. The next day, Federline was spotted wearing a bandage on his left hand. Now, he might be wearing a sling on his heart as well for being such a complete moron.
A close friend of the pop star has reportedly declared for Australia's NW that:
"Britney's already seen the divorce lawyer. As it stands, the divorce papers are written up and all she has to do is give the word and they'll be filed in the courthouse. She doesn't want to divorce Kevin, but if that's the best thing for her child and for her own sanity, that's exactly what she'll do."
The news comes just a week after a track from Federline's new album was leaked on the internet.
"Y'all Ain't Ready" has subsequently been totally panned by those unfortunate enough to expose their ears to it and then there are also the rumors that even Britney thought it sucked.
Critics are comparing Federline to Vanilla Ice and frankly if I were Ice, I'd be insulted.
While that's pretty bad, it isn't the reason Britney wants to give Federline the boot, she is simply tired of his party life style while she is at home wearing nipple pads.
