Jennifer Lopez Sends Ben Affleck, Jennifer Garner Baby Gift
by Mitch Marconi
Dec 13, 2005

Jennifer Lopez has sent her ex-fiance Ben Affleck and his wife Jennifer Garner a gift basket to celebrate the birth of their baby daughter, Violet.

Daredevil co-stars Affleck and Garner welcomed their daughter into the world on December 1, and have been flooded with well wishes from loved ones ever since.  Garner, 33, was induced Wednesday night, according to Us Weekly magazine. And, according to rumors, Affleck stayed all the time with his beautiful wife.

Affleck had a brief but high-profile romance with actress Gwyneth Paltrow following her breakup with Brad Pitt. He began dating Latin actress/singer Lopez, whom he met on the set of "Gigli".

In 2002 it was announced that he was engaged to the Latina Diva Lopez, and the relationship between the two received enormous attention by the entertainment industry.

They broke up in 2004, with both blaming the media attention.

Lopez went on to wed Marc Anthony.

A pal of Lopez, who has often expressed a desire to become a mother, says: "She'll always have a special place in her heart for Ben."

In other J-Lo news, the singer's hairstyle at the 2005 Billboard Latin Music Awards attracted attention for all the wrong reasons, and it has now been dubbed as the 'Biggest Hair Trauma of 2005'.

Stylist Allen Edwards compared the Latino beauty to Queen Amidala in Star Wars and said that Lopez should stick with the wavy and soft hairstyle she usually goes with.

"Is that Jennifer Lopez or Star Wars' Queen Amidala? She looks better in her movies when she's playing regular women, with her hair down, wavy and soft," Contact music quoted him, as saying.

The list of the top 10 'Biggest Hair Trauma of the Year' is:

Jennifer Lopez, Kelly Osbourne, Helena Bonham Carter, Sharon Stone, Fergie,  Pink, Paris Hilton, Pamela Anderson, Christina Aguilera and Reba McEntire.
