by Mike Baron
Dec 28, 2005

Earlier in the month, Jennifer Aniston's nude pictures ignited quite a legal battle, and now some Brad Pitt nude photos have surfaced and they are making the rounds.

The Hollywood heavyweight was allegedly caught full frontal while he was on the balcony of his Los Angeles home.

Page Six Explains:

Brad Pitt is the latest celebrity caught with his pants down. Brad's lawyer, John Lavely, has reportedly sent around a letter saying that pictures of the hunky leading man were taken while he was on the balcony of his Los Angeles home.

The letter threatened legal action against anyone who dares to publish the shots.  Earlier this year, Pitt's ex Jennifer Aniston was also snapped out of her clothes by pesky paparazzi.

Pitt already has several nudes floating around the net from back in his Gwyneth Paltrow days.
