NBC says it plans to expand its special "Justin Bieber: All Around the World" to 2 hours -- broken up into two segments to air on consecutive nights next week.

Combining documentary and music performances, the program -- scheduled to air Wednesday and Thursday -- is the superstar's first network special. It highlights his new album "Believe."

"The worldwide hysteria surrounding Justin's album launch is unlike anything we've seen, and we're thrilled to share it with our audience over two nights," Doug Vaughan, the network's senior vice president of special programs and late night, said in a statement Friday. "With added stops in Italy and Mexico, we'll have even more unprecedented access to Justin as our cameras film not only his performances, but his every move on this global tour." (c) UPI
