Harley Flanagan is charged with assault. Cro-Mags founder and ex-bassist Harley Flanagan was arrested after allegedly attacking current members of the band's current lineup before the first-ever CBGB Festival in NYC.

The knife pull supposedly took place on July 6 in the VIP room at New York City's Webster Hall, where Cro-Mags were due to perform as part of the first CGBG Festival.

Flanagan, whose last stint in the band was back in 2002, is reported to have appeared onsite, brandishing a knife, before allegedly stabbing his replacement Mike "The Gook" Couls. He bit two other members. Go here to read more.
