Howard Stern will make his much anticipated debut on Sirius satellite radio Monday morning (Jan. 9.) By far the biggest buzz about the show has to be the rumors swirling that Howard has married his long-time girlfriend, model Beth Ostrosky, as she has reportedly been seen sporting a huge diamond ring on her left hand for the past few weeks, according to TMZ.com.
In an interview on Larry King Live Jan. 5, Stern revealed some of his personal feelings about the move to Sirius, saying, "I have to tell you that I had no emotional experience about it until the day after, when I woke up. I woke up and I realized I'll never hit that button again and have that kind of access.. millions and millions and millions of fans."
Stern outlined some of the bit's he's been working on for his new show. 'Meet the Shrink' is a new segment where the audience will get to listen in to a psychiatrist have a session with a celebrity.
Also, cast members will be revealing their "deepest, darkest secrets," independently verified to be especially juicy and embarrassing, according to Howard. That will be taking place on day one.
A surprising new segment of the show is the new 'Meet the Sterns' show, featuring Howard's mom and dad taking questions and calls.
It's all coming Monday morning: secrets, strippers, surprises, shrinks, sex, swearing and Stern.
