Troubled singer Amy Winehouse is reportedly at the centre of a police investigation after her bodyguard allegedly hit a photographer with his car.

The Back to Black hitmaker was performing at the Prince's Trust End of the Summer Ball in London on Thursday (25Sep08) night.

After leaving the event, she was driven back to her home in Camden, North London - where her driver is said to have scraped another car and nearly knocked down a waiting paparazzi.

Police are said to be looking in to the incident, after a man in his twenties allegedly made a complaint, according to Tmz.com. (c) WENN
