Vince Vaughn filled in for TV host Regis Philbin yesterday morning and quickly won the audience over with his snappy wit. The "The Wedding Crashers" star co-hosted 'Live with Regis and Kelly' and participated in interviewing guests as well as engaging in morning chit-chat and giving away prizes.
Co-host Kelly Ripa was charmed by Vaughn and said: "I can't believe I'm sitting here next to a bona fide movie star.
Now I can play footsie with you under the desk and no one can see! ... I thought for sure one of the producers must have had nude photos of you somewhere. I was like, 'Wow! How did we get him?'"
Vaughn co-hosted the show live from Manhattan where he is busy promoting his new film "The Break-Up" with current love interest Jennifer Aniston.
