[UPDATE] Reese Witherspoon Sues Star, Says Fake Pregnancy Story Cruel

Oscar-winning actress Reese Witherspoon and her hubby Ryan Phillipe are pregnant with baby number three, according to a published report.

Witherspoon, 30, first sparked speculation she is pregnant in May, when she went to a beach in Malibu with her daughter Ava, and her tummy was looking a bit more full than usual.

A source told Star Magazine, "She was wearing what looked like an old-fashioned 1920s-style bathing suit that covered her tummy."

"But you could still see the outline of what appeared to be at least a four-month baby bump."

The actress was also spotted three separate times in Santa Monica, Calif., at 'Babystyle' boutique, and she was snapped sporting very loose-fitting outfits.

The source says, "She's a very private person, and doesn't often talk about it when she is pregnant."

The 'Walk The Line' star and her hubby Phillipe have two children, 6-year-old Ava and 2-year-old Deacon, and seem keen to the idea of more little bundles of joy.

Witherspoon tells Vogue magazine, "We both love children so much. I wouldn't want this life without children."
