The perjury charge was brought against her after a gunfight erupted outside of New York City's Hot 97 radio station in 2001.
The rapper, and members of her gangsta rap group Junior Mafia, had been guests on the station.
As they left the Manhattan radio station, a shootout broke out between members of her group and their rival group Capone-N-Noreaga. One man was wounded during the exchange of gunfire.
The group had challenged their rivals about an insult aimed at Lil' Kim by another female rapper, Foxy Brown, in a song called Bang Bang.
Lil' Kim was accused of repeated lying during her 2003 court appearances when she told a grand jury her ex-manager, Damion Butler, was not at the station on that day. She also told the court that she didn't know Suif Jackson.
However, a security videotape showed Butler with the rapper, while two witnesses, said they saw her at the station with both men. Both Butler and Jackson have since pleaded guilty to gun charges.
