Sir Sean Connery has topped a list of British heroes. The Scottish actor - who is best known for playing secret agent James Bond - beat off stiff competition from athletes and TV stars in the poll conducted by UK theme park, Thorpe Park.
Five-time gold medal winning rower Steve Redgrave came in second place, with celebrity chef Jamie Oliver taking third place.
He was recognised for his campaign to improve the standard and healthiness of school lunches.
Voters put Live 8 organiser and former Boomtown Rats singer Bob Geldof in fourth place, followed by Virgin multi-millionaire Richard Branson in fifth. Footballer David Beckham came sixth and 'Angels' singer Robbie Williams was named at seven.
TV presenter and comedian Jonathan Ross, 'Stormbreaker' star Ewan McGregor and Olympic gold medallist Kelly Holmes rounded out the top 10.
