Early Arrival! [VIDEO] Most people get ready to welcome a new baby into the world prepared to deliver that child in a hospital room or possibly even the comfort of your their home, but for one Spokane mother that wasn't the case.  She gave birth in a very public place.

Security cameras at a Spokane, Wash., bus station captured the unusual scene as a local woman gave birth 30 days before her due date.

Mary Jones of Spokane said she was at the Transit Authority plaza in the city's downtown Sunday evening when she realized her water broke.

"I knew I was ready," Jones told KHQ-TV. "I yelled for somebody from security."

Paramedics and Firefighters from the Spokane Fire Department soon arrived and Jones' daughter was born after only 30 minutes of labor.

"I gave birth actually in the Plaza and they took care of the baby and made sure the baby was warm.  Then they took care of me, that was my wishes," Jones said.

According to Jones, the baby was about a month early and was being treated at a local hospital's NICU.

"She's doing the best she can right now," says Jones.  "I just pray and hope my baby comes out OK."

As for the publicity of the whole delivery... Jones was a bit overwhelmed.

"I wished everybody would quit taking pictures and videos."

She was released from the hospital on Monday night and is fine, however if she had it to do all over again she says she would have rather not gone into labor in the middle of the bus station.
