The Kiss Kiss hitmaker racked up a total of $15,000 in parking fines by leaving his car in what appeared to be a disabled space outside his Los Angeles apartment.

But now it's emerged dozens of tickets have been torn up after City of West Hollywood officials ruled the parking space had been assigned to Brown, according to TMZ.com.

Editors at the website report there are still 22 tickets against the singer, as they relate to other parking offences.
