In the video, you can hear TV producers hard at work behind the scenes scripting and giving instructions. You can hear walkie-talkie chatter between producers behind the scenes. They even choreographed Scott and Kourtney bringing up the possibility of getting married themselves.

Here is some production audio from the producer: "Hey, we need a thing of Kourtney and Scott - "I see a light" ...like "Love is in the air" and they talk about, ok fine, you know, we'll get married or something."

Why would they do that? It's called a spinoff. This time around, it will be around Kourtney's wedding plans and preparations. I wonder how much of the wedding was fake too. Was Kim reading off cue cards when she was saying "I do"?
