Austin Powers Actor Sentenced To Life For Gang-Rape, Torture

'Austin Powers' actor Joseph Hyungmin-Son has gotten life in prison in Orange County, CA. Hyungmin-Son was convicted of torture, abduction, and rape.

On Christmas Eve in 1990, Hyungmin participated in the torture, abduction, and gang-rape of a 20-year-old girl. The victim has remained anonymous publicly.

The Victim released this statement: "My emotional scars are intense. My twenties were stripped from my life as I relearned how to walk, see, hear and cope with the outside world again.

"Joseph Son not only cost me my job at my salon but also my college savings ... not to mention the impact it's made on celebrating Christmas year after year."

Joseph Hyungmin Son, 40, was sentenced him to life in prison with the possibility of parole for the 1990 Christmas Eve gang rape of a woman who was out walking her dog.

The court judge said that Hyungmin-Son could become eligible for parole during his sentence. Go here for the full details about the assault.
