The sexy singer bares all on the cover of her new album E=MC2 except for the strategically placed topper, held in place by the wild-haired singer over her front-side, covering her breasts and genitals with its large, wide brim.

It's not the first time Carey has teased with a naked shot - she raised eyebrows with her sensual video ads for signature perfume M last year (07).
