So what's suspicious about the tape? TheCellFreak explains: 'And yes... it's possible this is the raunchiest case of product placement ever; with them constantly shooting their mirror's reflection, the cell phone is the video's second most prominent appendage.

That combined with the plethora of costume changes on the tape, including the nurse's outfit, makes me a little suspicious that the leak is really a plant...'
