Update: FAKE apparently. An alleged Miley Cyrus topless, breast exposed picture has hit the web. Miley Cyrus has been given quite a bit of grief lately. Some of it has been deserved and some not.

No, we are not talking about the recent controversy surrouding her June Vanity Fair photo shoot.

No, this is entirely different and far worse if it turns out to be true.

It has been reported that this picture was taken at a party that was full of alcohol and drug use.

Over the last year, Miley has been snapped in several semi-sexy photos taken including one in underwear.  They have without a doubt, tarnished the young star of Hannah Montana in many Mom's eyes.

One really has to wonder if Miley Cyrus is attempting to imitate some of the other Disney and Nickelodeon teen stars such as Vanessa Hudgens and Ashley Tisdale.

Even if this photo turns out to be a hoax, she is cleary headed down the road of Britney Spears and Madonna before her.

Update: It has now been officially proclaimed a hoax.
