Jimi Hendrix Sex Tape? The trailer for the supposed Jimi Hendrix sex tape is now online after Vivid Entertainment revealed they would be releasing the tape soon.

Vivid Entertainment is claiming they have a sex tape featuring Jimi Hendrix, a never-forgotten rock legend who died of a drug overdose when he was just 24 years old, and two brunette women.

Vivid Co-Chairman tells The Times: "I believe that we did our due diligence, and as a result of that clearly believe that it's him."

"If they said that it wasn't him, I would never have put it out."

One of Jimi's exes, Kathy Etchingham, says the man in the sex tape couldn't possibly be Jimi:

"He would never have allowed anyone to see that."

"In private he was very shy and would cover up."

Team Sugar dishes: Vivid video is set to release a sex tape supposedly starring late guitar great Jimi Hendrix having sex with two brunettes. The film will be 45 minutes long, but it's only 11 minutes of sex without audio and the rest is about Hendrix's career. The NY Times notes that the film has been out for years and that no one is quite sure it's actually Hendrix in it, because you only see the guy's face for a few seconds and his eyes are closed. Vivid claims that it's really him, though, and says they did research and hired private detectives to verify Hendrix's identity. No one knows who the two women are in the film.
