Playboy boss Hugh Hefner and his live-in girlfriend Holly Madison, the main girlfriend of Hef's three lady lovers, may have called it quits.

According to gossip reports, Hugh Hefner's girlfriend Holly Madison may have been cheating on the old coot with hottie illusionist Criss Angel.

A Playboy Mansion source told Scandalist that Holly is leaving Hef:. "[Holly] told Hef that she is moving out of the mansion and breaking off their relationship."

So what will happen to Hugh Hefner's show 'Girls Next Door'? Well, Holly's leaving Hef and Kendra and Brigitte are both planning on moving out.

The source revealed: "Hef is actively seeking three new girls to replace them immediately."
