Beverly Hills 90210 beauty Jennie Garth, aka 'Kelly Taylor', was shocked to find out that her on-air 4-year-old baby's daddy is Dylan McKay!

After an eight-year build-up plot, the father of Kelly's child has finally been revealed - and Dylan McKay is the father of Kelly's son.

How was the baby's daddy revealed? Kelly and Brenda, played by actress Shannen Doherty, were arguing when Kelly dropped the bomb.

Jennie Garth says that her character Kelly should be with Dylan. She told People Magazine: "(The producers) settled on Dylan because Kelly and Dylan had such a passionate relationship in the past. Their relationship was so heated. It was kind of undeniable."

Jennie revealed, however, that even she was shocked to find out: "I didn't even know for the first three or four episodes who the father was. And then I read it in the script, and I was like, 'Oh, OK. I guess Dylan's the dad. Great!'"

"It made sense to me because like I said, Kelly and Dylan ultimately do belong together. They have a fiery thing."
