Actress Anne Hathaway is now involved in a nude scandal after police discovered her ex-boyfriend Raffaello Follieri was in possession of naked pictures.

Anne Hathaway, whose ex-boyfriend is involved with a federal investigation, apparently has nude photos of herself that were in Follieri's possession.

UK's In Entertainment reports: This happened way back in June and it has come to light that some of those photos that were confiscated were of Hathaway naked. Anne only learned that these photos were in federal custody when she asked for his  brother, Michael to retrieve the photos.

According to reports, nude photos were not the only items police found. The FBI also located Hathaway's personal 'diaries' in the cellar.
