Britney Spears' photographer ex-boyfriend has blasted claims he is trying to sell a sex tape featuring the star.

Earlier this week (begs29Sep08), a British magazine reported that Adnan Ghalib had confessed to taping the pair having sex during a vacation in Mexico - with Spears wearing nothing but a pink wig in the video.

But now Ghalib, who dated the star last year (07), tells America's Star magazine the story is a lie, and he is threatening to sue over the "false reports".

He says, "There is no sex tape and I've never claimed there is one.

"I don't know where these quotes I'm supposed to have said have come from. What I do know is they certainly didn't come from me and they are completely false.

I'm extremely upset and distressed and I'm taking legal action... This story has caused a lot of hurt to my family and people close to me.
