Britney Spears releases her new album 'Circus' on her 27th birthday December 2.

Last month, a nude video of, "Womanizer," debuted on a Saturday night in October on, if you can believe it, ABC's "20/20." That's right, Britney shocked with a handful of saucy alter-egos in that video.

The pop superstar portrays herself nude and in saucy lingerie, a leather-clad tattooed waitress and a racy office employee who suggestively straddles a co-worker.

And the singer wigs out with her new video characters, wearing a different hairstyle for each one.

Her sexy secretary boasts a Katie Holmes-style bob, while the waitress boasts an auburn look.

Never in a million years did anyone think Britney could look this hot again.
