Rihanna's record label, have moved swiftly to bury the scandal, sending cease and desist notices to websites that have posted the photos.
The couple split earlier this year (09) after an alleged fight in Los Angeles in February (09), which reportedly left the Umbrella hitmaker battered and bruised, and Brown facing assault charges. And now Rihanna, who is currently working on her fourth studio album, is said to have voiced her opinion on the break-up in a new track.
The song, titled Silly Boy, features guest vocals from Lady GaGa and was posted on West's internet blog this weekend (09-10May09).
In the lyrics, which appear to detail Rihanna's split from Brown, she sings: "Silly boy get outta here, I don't want you any more, the only thing I want from you is to stay away. I said I'm not coming back, you fooled me once but you can't have that ego turning. Just too bad for you, that when you had me, didn't know what to do, she's over you.
"Cause you had a good girl, good girl, girl. That's a keeper. You had a good girl, good girl but didn't know how to treat her.
"So silly boy get out my face. Why do you like the way regrets taste?"
Brown has denied charges of felony assault and making criminal threats in relation to the alleged assault on Rihanna. If convicted, he faces almost five years behind bars.
