What may appear to some as harmless Halloween fun, is perhaps questionable behavior in the eyes of others.

Isleib is learning that lesson the hard way. Isleib, who has been a Cowboys cheerleader since 2008, can be seen wearing braids and fake tattoos.

"Black face" was often worn in mockery of Black Americans and is a symbol of great pain and discontent within the Black community.

No one from the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders or the team would officially comment, but a team spokesman told us the team is aware of the situation and addressing it internally.
