Reba McEntire & George Strait did such a good job singing together and bringing in the fans at the opening of the new NFL Cowboys stadium that they are going on tour together for 2009!

George Strait, the king of country music, was honored as Artist of the Decade on CBS in May 2009.
Strait has 57 No. 1 singles in his career, and his first hit was Fool Hearted Memory. His latest is River of Love.
George is the 5th artist to receive Artist of the Decade honors. AMC honored Marty Robbins as Artist of the decade for the 1960's, Loretta Lynn was Artist of the Decade for the 1970's, Alabama was honored for the 1980's and Garth Brooks was Artist of the Decade for the 1990's.
Reba McEntire is a Grammy award-winning country singer who began her careersinging with her siblings on local radio shows and rodeos. She has nearly 60 top-ten hits to her credit over a lifetime of performing.
In 1989, McEntire married her manager and former steel guitar player, Narvel Blackstock.
According to Wikipedia: McEntire holds the record for the most Academy of Country Music Top Female Vocalist Awards (seven), and American Music Awards for Favorite Female Country Artist (twelve), and ties with Martina McBride for most Country Music Association Female Vocalist of the Year Awards (four).
