Justin Timberlake Breaks Long Silence On Ex-Britney Spears

An upcoming interview in GQ magazine has Justin Timberlake, one of their 2003 men of the year, slamming his old girlfriend, now married and pregnant with baby number 2, branding the singer at the time of their highly publicized relationship as disloyal.

The former N-Sync singer, now soloist, Timberlake, who is recently rumored to have put a huge engagement ring on the finger of now current galpal Cameron Diaz, broke up with Spears in 2002.

He apparently remains amazed at how quickly it all ended, says the story.

Timberlake tells GQ magazine, "When we initially parted ways, I felt like she had a couple of opportunities to just sort of stick up for me, and she didn't."

The rapper last spoke up back in October in defense of Spears regarding the publication of her baby's photo being released online without her authorization.  He told Access Hollywood at the time, "At some point, you're going to know about her son and get to see a picture.  These magazines work week-to-week, so I don't understand why people can't wait.  Wait a week when she comfortable putting it out...that's her family!"

Unfortunately, he also reportedly rapped to reporters about his sex life with Spears after the power pop couple parted company.

Well, who's crying a river now?  I'd say it was a wash between the two of them.
