Singer Jani Lane has been hit with a second DUI arrest this year after ramming his car into a parked vehicle Sunday.

Jani Lane, who split from hair-band Warrant in 2008, has made it into the news today after police arrested him for driving while intoxicated.

According to the Los Angeles Police Department, Lane allegedly rammed his car into a parked vehicle in Woodland Hills, Calif., on Sunday. When police arrived, Lane blew into a breathalyzer and failed miserably. He also failed sobriety tests.

Our friends at TMZ report that Lane is currently in police custody. This is the second DUI in one year for the singer, who was arrested on Sunday by the same officer that took him in last June when he hit a parked car.
