The yearly behind-the-scenes preparations for the always highly anticipated Victoria's Secret fashion show will be a little more special for supermodel Heidi Klum this year.

Not only did she finally give birth to a long-awaited baby girl - her 4th child - she and husband Seal have announced that she will officially take his last name, Samuel, reports People magazine.

German supermodel Heidi Klum, 36, gave birth to daughter Lou last month. And now she admits it has been a bit of a struggle to lose the baby weight and get back in shape this time.

Klum has three other children: Leni, five, Henri, four, and Johan, three.

She said: "I wouldn't say I'm back in shape yet. Everything changes when you get older. It was different when I was 31 with the first one and now being 36 with the fourth one."

But hitting the treadmill has paid off, as the energetic new mom shows off her body in preparation for this year's Victoria's Secret fashion show.

And you really have to give her credit for putting her body up against those of all the other young lovelies who will be gracing the lingerie catwalk.

Oher would come to learn of his father's demise in high school after the fact. His mother, Denise Oher, was addicted to crack cocaine. The other kids would be scattered about.

Over the course of nine years, Michael attended 11 schools. If not in a foster home, he lived with friends. He was homeless.

At the moment, Oher doesn't speak to his biological mother.

"I can't relate to her at all," he says. "We're in different situations now. But for someone to keep doing the same thing, which got all of her kids taken away, it kind of breaks your heart."

The papers were filed at a Los Angeles court and James cited "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for their break-up.

The pair tied the knot in Malibu in 2003, six months after the sixth and final season of 'Dawson's Creek' aired.

James' co-stars Michelle Williams and Busy Phillips attended the intimate ceremony.

Friends suspected a divorce was brewing when the couple sold their $2.5 million home in Studio City, California, in March.

They put the mansion - which features 180-degree canyon, mountain and city views, and a luxurious mist cooling system - on the market.

Since they tied the knot, James - who played Dawson Leery in the US teen drama - has guest starred in 'How I Met Your Mother', 'One Tree Hill', 'Ugly Betty' and 'Medium'.

First: A tour bus that Miley Cyrus usually travels in flipped over on a highway in Virginia last night killing the tour bus driver and injuring nine others. Miley was not on the bus during the accident. Read more about it here and see a photo.

Recently in England, a couple have experienced a Michael Jackson sighting inside the womb of their soon to be child. Looking at the photo you can immediately see what looks like a cartoon version of Michael Jackson.

The couple commented that they were not big Michael Jackson fans by any means but they did like him. The question is though; does she still like him?

The cult show's finale aired last night as the judges went over the three women's fashion line collections from back in February in Bryant Park. The two other women competing were 2nd place winner Althea Harper, and third-place winner Carol Hannah Whitfield.

There has been a very long wait to see just who won. The reason for the monstrous delay was because of the show being in a lawsuit involving Bravo, Lifetime, and the Weinstein Co. The show had nowhere to go on television for a long while.

For you Miley Cyrus a.k.a. Hannah Montana fans, Cyrus was confirmed to not have been on the bus. The star was else where when the bus got into a fatal accident at 8:15 a.m. today on Interstate 85. It has been reported that the road was slippery from the rain.

The luxurious tour bus slid into a ditch after it turned over. According to Miley Cyrus's Website, the singer is scheduled to perform in Greensboro, NC on Sunday. No word if that will still be happening.

We have yet to learn just where the bus was heading. More details are pending. (c) tPC

Sidibe plays an overweight, illiterate teen who is pregnant with her father's baby. The film has won praises and top prizes at Sundance, Toronto, and Cannes. Precious though has run into a problem, whoever has seen the film immediately looks at her and sees her as Precious.

Druing an interview with The Star.com, Sidibe said "Some people think I am Precious, which is so annoying. People want to hug me and save me and I'm like, `Go away, my parents love me!'" Sidibe stated that she had read the book previously before getting the role but now people are coming up to her everywhere thinking she is actually 'Precious'.

So for those of you wondering if Sidibe's been through real abuse; the answer is no. She's an unknown actress who fit the profile and did an excellent job portraying 'Precious'. (c) tPC

A foot model in New York, New York is suing her apartment building. According to reports, ever since she married the doorman, people have been trying to get rid of her and force her to move out.

According to the Huffington Post, "Christina Ambers filed a $10 million lawsuit in Manhattan state Supreme Court against residents and management of the East 74th Street building known as the Avon House."

Unbelievably, the lawsuit claims that her husband, Angel Rotger, lost his job after they married. Building staff and peoples had the newly formed couple hail their own taxis and pick up their own packages.

The grand idea is that the residents allegedly object to a Hispanic marriage in the building. Should be interesting to see how this case goes. (c) tpC

The singer - who is divorcing estranged husband Deryck Whibley - has been seen out several times with American actor Wilmer Valderrama and the pair have apparently been getting very close.

Over the weekend, Avril, 25, and 29-year-old Wilmer were spotted at Los Angeles club Wonderland getting cosy.

An onlooker is quoted by US gossip blogger Perez Hilton as saying: "She had her hand on his knee and they were whispering in each other's ear, laughing. They even closed the club, sneaking out just after 2am."

Since splitting from Sum 41 rocker Deryck in September, Avril has also been romantically linked to oil heir Brandon Davis - who has also dated Lindsay and Paris Hilton.

As well as Lindsay, Wilmer has previously been in relationships with Mandy Moore and Hilary Duff.

Avril filed for divorce at a Los Angeles court last month citing "irreconcilable differences".

That's right, according to Nestle` the parent company of Libby's Pumpkin they have calculated that they may run out of their inventory of canned pumpkin as the Thanksgiving holiday approaches.

The shortage is being blamed on the heavy rains this past growing season in the Midwest. This coupled along with a low 2008 pumpkin harvest is putting a holiday tradition in jeopardy.

Now, they say if there is a shortage you can always puree your own pumpkin. Never tried that and don't think I want to, so it's off to the store to stockpile my supply. (c)tPC

The Terminator Salvation star was handed the honour at a glitzy ceremony in Sydney on Thursday night (19Nov09).

Ohio police officers Barry Carpenter and Chad Dojack are charged with illegally entering Michelle Ross' home in Martins Ferry, taking the items and then trying to sell them to a paparazzo who was attempting to break the news about the identity of the mystery mum.

Carpenter maintains he entered Ross' vacant home after spotting the door to her basement wide open. He told investigators he took nothing and simply secured the home after making sure there had been no break-in.

But Ross, who was moved to top secret West Virginia addresses in the weeks leading up to labour, insists files and photos were missing when she returned home after handing over the twins - and a cast of her stomach had been misplaced.

Appearing in court in Belmont County on Thursday (19Nov09), Ross recalled a paparazzo tracking her down to inform her that the two police officers and others were trying to sell her stolen personal items.

The surrogate also told the court that she made an agreement not to disclose the parents of the twins she was carrying, but she did write about the experience online while she was in hiding. She never named names.

After the paparazzo tracked her down, she was moved from address to address to protect her identity, while her own son was sent to live with relatives.

Just days after Rachel McAdams' representatives dismissed reports suggesting The Notebook star would be playing the evil Black Cat in Spider-Man 4, Hathaway's aides insist she's not considering the part either.

Internet film gossips are now suggesting Julia Stiles is the leading lady being considered for Black Cat.

Aspiring actress Scheana Marie Jancan recently told the publication the American TV star is a serial cheat who will sleep with women behind Rimes' back.

Jancan warned Rimes, who quit her own marriage to date Cibrian, that the hunk will dump her after he has had his fun.

And, just last month (Oct09), the publication ran a story suggesting Jancan and Cibrian were dating again - behind Rimes' back.

A statement from the star's representative says, "Unfortunately Life & Style Magazine has chosen to go out with a story filled with inaccuracies and deceitful lies, presumably to titillate sales, but clearly resulting in harm to Eddie Cibrian and others."

In the suit, lawyers claim the articles published by the magazine "falsely portray Eddie as being unfaithful to Ms. Rimes, as currently being in a romantic with Ms. Jancan, and as having abandoned his children."

Oprah will make the big news official during her show on Friday (20Nov09).

A statement from Tim Bennett, the president of Winfrey's production company Harpo, reads, "Oprah will announce live on The Oprah Winfrey Show that she has decided to end what is arguably one of the most popular, influential and enduring programs in television history.

"The sun will set on the Oprah show as its 25th season draws to a close on September 9, 2011."

Bennett's letter to TV network affiliates was leaked to U.S. news show Access Hollywood.

The TV executive also writes, "Before she speaks to her loyal viewers, we wanted to share her decision first with you - our valued partners for more than two decades... Share this news this evening with your colleagues and viewers.

"Oprah's personal comments about this on tomorrow's live show will mark a historic television moment that we will all be talking about for years to come."

At the Toronto Film Festival in Canada in September (09), where Winfrey presented new film Precious, the talk show queen revealed a big announcement was coming about her show.

The now 79-year-old actor was in his mid-30s when he started his family and believes it was the perfect moment because his lifestyle had calmed down.

The 'Gran Torino' star - who most recently became a father, to 12-year-old daughter Morgan, at the age of 66 - told the American edition of GQ magazine: "I'm a loyal citizen to the family. And that wasn't necessarily a given thing. That was acquired. I think when you're younger, you're driven by a lot of hormonal effects. It's like Everest, 'Because it's there.' The 25-year-old presenter is concerned she will lapse back into substance abuse when she has more time on her hands but is doing her best to avoid repeating her self-destructive habits.

Kelly - who is in the final of the US TV talent show - said: "When I'm busy and not left with me in my own head I'm fine.

"I worry about when the show stops - slipping back into negativity, drink and drugs. I'm taking precautions so I won't get in that position. My life when I drink is so dark and miserable."

Although Kelly has been sober since she left a rehab clinic in February, she has no problem with others drinking alcohol around her and has even postponed her wedding to 19-year-old Luke Worrall until he is old enough to drink in America, where the legal age is 21.

Kelly - who mainly lives in the US - told Britain's The Sun newspaper: "Luke and I are engaged and we'll get married when I want to. But he isn't even 21 yet, so he can't drink in America so what's the point in getting married until he can?"

The 'Not Fair' singer - who launched a scathing attack on illegal file-sharing on her MySpace blog and attacked indie group Radiohead for giving their latest album away on a pay-what-you-want basis - claims she doesn't care if people copy her albums and sell them on for a profit.

Lily, 24, told UK radio station Key 103 Radio: "If someone comes up with a burnt copy of my CD and offers it to you for £4, I haven't a problem with that as long as the person buying it places some kind do of value on my music."

In Lily's original blog post she said downloading was starving up-and-coming artists of money they need to keep producing music, and attacked the Featured Artists Coalition (FAC) - whose members include Travis singer Fran Healy, Blur drummer Dave Rowntree and Radiohead guitarist Ed O'Brien.

She wrote: "I'm going to be writing to British artists, saying just this: File sharing's not OK for British music. We need to find new ways to help consumers access and buy music legally, but saying file sharing's fine is not helping anyone - and definitely not helping British music."

The FAC recently called for the British government to abandon proposals to cut off the internet connections of people who illegally download music. (c) BANG

The girl hid herself in a holdall matching that of the group's luggage at a hotel they were staying at in Dublin, Ireland, in the hope of being smuggled to the airport with the four boys.

However, the 'Beat Again' singers' entourage noticed the bag containing the girl was "moving" and rescued her before she was packed into the back of the tour bus.

A source close to the group told Britain's The Sun newspaper: "It's getting to the point where the fanaticism is dangerous.

"This girl was so meticulous. She had brought along her own bag to match the luggage the guys normally use. But it was moving slightly and didn't have any tags so one of the security lads saw it.

"When the girl was pulled out she had been in there for at least half an hour and was close to fainting."

Unfortunately for the fan, the group - Marvin Humes, Aston Merrygold, Jonathan "JB" Gill And Oritse Williams - had already left the hotel in separate cars, leaving the girl, who was wearing a T-shirt of the band, disappointed.

The source added: "She was looking for the boys but they had already left.

"She was distraught but managed to slip away, pretending she needed the toilet."

Last weekend, JLS had to cut short a performance in Birmingham, England, after 20,000 fans turned up to see them and a host of other acts switch on the city's Christmas lights and perform for free.
