Oksana gave birth on Friday, a few weeks early but a source tells RadarOnline.com that everything went well and mom and daughter are doing just fine.

In fact, mom and the baby are already home!

It was RadarOnline.com that first uncovered Mel's affair with Oksana. We published a series of photos of the cozy couple in Costa Rica earlier this year, before the public had any idea that Mel's marriage was apparently kaput.

Winans' ex-wife attacked Winfrey for inviting the singer on her show last week (30Nov09), while taking a public stand against R&B star Chris Brown over his assault on then-girlfriend Rihanna back in February (09).

Winans is facing misdemeanour assault charges, stemming from an alleged fight with his ex, Debra. He is accused of pushing her to the ground.

After Debra reached out to Winfrey, the media queen acted swiftly to block Winans from making any future appearances.

A spokesperson tells Tmz.com, "BeBe will not be appearing on the Oprah show until his legal matters are resolved in court."

James and Janine had a daughter when they were married in 2002. Since 2003, James left Janine and started dating Sandra Bullock, whom he in turn married in 2005.

James and Bullock have been taking care of the child since he gained temporary full custody, after Janine was sentenced to 6 months in prison for not paying back taxes - despite buying a $650,000 home. Now that Janine is out, she wants her child back from James.

According to reports, Bullock and James may very well get full custody of the child. The couple said they would make for a better home for the girl, and James asked the Orange County judge that Lindemulder prove that she could provide a safe environment for the child, away from drugs, pornographers, felons, guns, and any other environment deemed dangerous.

Bullock, 45, has never had kids of her own. There have been rumors though that she regretted the fact that she didn't. There is also a rumor that Janine sent a text message to James from prison saying "U win. Sandra finally has her baby - congratulations."

Lindemulder is currently in a halfway house in Los Angeles. She has been ordered to pay $294,000 to the government.

And now Adidas has fired their final volley, dumping their exclusive contract with the University of Central Florida instead of renewing it for the 2010 season, reports the Orlando Sentinel.

Marcus Jordan, the teenage son of Michael Jordan and a freshman at the Univ. of Central Florida, was promised he could wear his dad's famous Nike Air Jordan sneakers for his basketball season by the college.

But this created is an unsettled issue for the school: they had a binding contract with Adidas until 2010 to use their equipment exclusively.

However, according to Marcus Jordan, 18, the matter was discussed at the time he was recruited, and he was told there was "no problem", reports the Orlando Sentinel, if he wanted to wear his dad's brand sneaker during the Knights' college games.

"When I was being recruited, we talked about it," Marcus Jordan said in a statement. "They said they had talked to the Adidas people, and it wasn't going to be a problem. I think everybody understands how big of a deal it is for my family."

UCF came under fire from Adidas, and faced a problem with the $3M contract to use Adidas exclusively for six years, a contract that was due for review and renewal in 2010.

The most difficult part is that the money they receive for that agreement provides a good chunk of the athletic department's operating budget, not to mention sneakers, equipment and apparel.

Marcus Jordan, while expressing his desire not to "hurt" anyone, nonetheless stuck to his guns and went with his dad's sneakers:

"It's a level of importance with the Jordan brand and my family," he said. "It's no disrespect to Adidas. I have a high level of respect for Adidas, but I'm going to be wearing Jordan shoes. I'm wearing the Adidas uniform, and all my other UCF gear is Adidas, but the shoes are going to be Jordan brand."

At some point, it's hopeful another sponsor will come along to help with the school equipment costs.

Crucial forensic evidence which could convict American student Amanda Knox of the murder of her British flatmate Meredith Kercher is so scant that it cannot be relied on, a court in Italy has heard.

The judge in Italy who is hearing the case of the coed accused of murdering her roommate has apparently denied an independent study of the supposed DNA found on a knife in the room, which experts testifying in the case have already said is too scant and easily challenged.

The knife in question allegedly has a micro amount of DNA on it, but it was a kitchen knife that could have easily been kicked across the floor in the days after the murder.

Knox's parents are looking at this ruling as a good sign, as they believe that the "evidence" may already be considered too shaky by the judge.

They are also concerned that their daughter has been beaten and tortured during her stay in the Italian prison, which has of course been denied, but believe that when the case ends in November, their daughter will be exonerated and released.

The University of Washington has imposed stricter rules for studying abroad as one of its students stands trial for murder in Italy, university officials say.

Under the new guidelines, department chairs must sign off on all foreign-study trips, students who go abroad must have cell phones and insurance and there is a ban on any money earmarked for study abroad being used to buy alcohol, SeattlePI.com reported.

Amanda Knox, who was studying in Perugia, Italy, is charged with killing a housemate, Meredith Kercher, who came from Britain.

In the weeks before Knox's arrest in 2007, eight students in a group of 17 from the University of Washington became sick with mosquito-born disease in Ghana, and another group of 13 students had to be evacuated from Greece to escape wildfires.

"There's a much more formal process now with administrators that are very aware, with lines of communication open and policies in place if something happens," said Taso Lagos, who teaches international communication and manages a program in Greece.

The university has one of the largest study-abroad programs in the United States, with around 2,000 students out of the country at some point every year.

McNair Jr. is a talented wide receiver from Oak Grove High School in Hattiesburg, Mississippi and says the school is close to home, his family and coaches. They "can all come and see me play every week."

Nebraska and West Virginia also offered McNair scholarships.

McNair Sr. never played at Southern Miss (Alcorn State), but spent a lot of time in Hattiesburg Mississippi before he was shot and killed on July 4 in Nashville.

Pvt. Jonathan Law is a supply administration clerk. The victim is dead. The name has not been released yet but according to reports from the base there were no gunshot wounds on the victim. Law is currently in the Greenville hospital.

WITN reported "Captain Timothy Patrick says the dead Marine's body was found in the woods in the French Creek area of the base. Patrick told WITN News that Law is at Pitt County Memorial Hospital, from apparent self inflicted injuries. He is in serious condition."

Law, 21, joined the Marines in 2006. He is a supply administration clerk assigned to 2nd Supply Battalion and 2nd Marine Logistics group.

At the Fort Hood Army shooting 13 died with 30 injured. Suspected Gunman Major Nidal Malik Hasan was an Amry Psychiatrist who opened fire at what seems to be random Army officials.

Texans at Colts(-9):   Indianapolis is 7-0 but their seventh win wasn't all that pretty.  Peyton Manning didn't throw a touchdown pass and the rushing game accumulated just 61 yards, the kind of performance that has earned them the 30th ranked offense on the ground.  Houston has looked good clawing back from their slow start and handled Buffalo last week but they have beaten the Colts just once in their seven-plus year history and that's a lot of momentum to overcome on the road.  Colts by 14

Panthers at Saints(-13):  Carolina looked the best they have all season when they routed the Cardinals, with the held of six turnovers and 178 yard day from DeAngelo Williams.  New Orleans offense proved formidable at coming from behind again when a fumble by Drew Brees left them down a touchdown. The Saints scored three times in the second quarter to take the lead and they were able to sit on that most of the second half.  The defense was bruised up more than they have been all year, battered by Michael Turner for 151 yards.  I'm sure Williams and Jonathan Stewart are licking their chops at that but even if the can exploit that weakness there's no way Jake Delhomme keeps up with Brees in the dome.  Saints by 17

Redskins at Falcons(-10):  Atlanta has lost two straight for the first time since Mike Smith became their head coach but they are meeting up with the perfect team to right their ship.  Washington is in really bad shape and even their owner knows it.  He and their fans will be feeling even more "frustration" this weekend and no amount of "hope" is going to turn this around.  Falcons by 12

Cardinals at Bears(-3):  After winning three in a row, Arizona looked downright lousy last week in their loss to Carolina.  Kurt Warner threw five interceptions and lost a fumble.  Chicago wasn't impressive against the Browns but they did end their two-game losing streak.  They have won four straight at home and their running game seems to be improving, still they can't seem to protect Jay Cutler.  The re-juggled offensive line still gave up four sacks to the Browns.  Warner probably won't turn the ball over five times this week, but the Cardinals just aren't that good outdoors.  Bears by 3

Ravens(-3) at Bengals:  Baltimore had their best game of the year when they knocked the undefeated Broncos off their perch and stopped their three-game losing streak.  Cincinnati is coming off the bye and they have already beaten the Ravens on the road.  Carson Palmer needed a last minute touchdown pass to Andre Caldwell to get the job done on October 11th but their 45-10 win over the Bears shows what their offense can do now that it is in full gear.  Bengals by 7

Dolphins at Patriots(-10.5):  New England blew two of the lesser teams out in the weeks before they went into their bye.  Those kind of teams are good to tune up against but they don't necessarily tell you where you are at against the teams you need to beat.  Last season, the Dolphins unveiled the Wildcat offense against the Patriots and shocked the league with how well they were able to move the ball in so many different ways.  Still, New England has had two weeks to get ready for it this time and they know it's coming.  It's not a gimmick, but it's far from unstoppable.  Patriots by 6

Packers(-9) at Buccanneers:  Tampa will be a welcome sight for Green Bay after dealing with the visiting Vikings.  The Bucs have no quarterback and no real running game.  Aaron Rodgers looks good when he has the time to throw and a running game that takes the pressure off.  He should have both in Tampa this weekend.  Packers by 11

Chiefs at Jaguars(-6):  Jacksonville looked awful getting trounced by Chris Johnson and the previously winless Titans.  Maurice Jones-Drew had quite a day as well, springing on two long touchdown runs and he could have the same kind of room to run this weekend against Kansas City.  The Chiefs look to be in disarray.  Any positives they might have yearned from their win over the Redskins was wiped out by a rainy disaster of a game against the Chargers.  It just got worse after that when Larry Johnson insulted his coach and reporters and ended up getting suspended.  The Chiefs might not win a game the rest of this season.  Jaguars by 10

Lions at Seahawks(-10):  Seattle still hasn't come together  the way they should, getting blasted in back-to-back weeks after they blew out Jacksonville upon Matt Hasselbeck's return.  There is virtually no running game and Hasselbeck still hasn't sync'd up with T.J. Houshmandzadeh.  The Lions sunk to a new low last week when they lost to the winless Rams.  Matthew Stafford was less than 50% in completions and injuries to Calvin Johnson and Kevin Smith didn't help.  Both could be out through this week too, good news for Seattle.  Seahawks by 14

Chargers at Giants(-3):  It seems funny that you would have two teams in week 9 that are in a must-win game against each other but with the Giants losing three in a row and the Chargers 2 games behind the Broncos with a loss to their division leader as well, neither team can really afford a fourth loss this early in the season.  San Diego's defense looks ripe to give Brandon Jacobs and Ahmad Bradshaw a big day but Phillip Rivers has a way of making up what his defense gives up.  Still, the Chargers have yet to beat a team with a winning record this season and they don't travel well.  Giants by 5

Titans at Forty-Niners(-6):  It may not have been a huge surprise that Tennessee would get their first win of the season against an up and down Jaguars team but they 30-13 rout was a shock nonetheless.  Chris Johnson was a beast and Vince Young was mistake-free in his first start since 2007.  San Francisco has played better with Alex Smith in the game and a half he has played but they have still ended up with two more losses to show for it.  Now they will be missing both Nate Clements and Joe Staley.  They do have the second-best rushing offense in the league which should slow them just enough for the Titans just enough to get San Francisco a narrow win.  Niners by 4

Cowboys at Eagles(-3):  With both these two teams at 5-2, the midseason lead in the NFC East is up for grabs.  Both teams have had their rough patches but both now seem to be in their groove.  Brian Westbrook returns for Philadelphia just in time, making Donovan McNabb and DeSean Jackson even more dangerous.  Miles Austin is still on fire and he keeps giving Tony Romo a great target to find right when he needs it.  The Eagles embarrassing loss to the Raiders might have been the best thing that could have happened to this team, reminding them to bring it every single week.  Eagles by 7

Steelers(-3) at Broncos:  Denver's first loss of the season probably doesn't make them frauds but it makes their wins against a not a full speed yet Patriots team and an underachieving(again) Chargers team look a little more suspect, especially when they are dumped 30-7.  Pittsburgh is now on a four game winning streak and coming off a bye, that's just bad news for the Broncos.  Even in their six wins they couldn't run the ball and the Steelers won't have to sellout to stop the run.  Pittsburgh's pass rush is gonna give Kyle Orton more than he can handle for 60 minutes and while Ben Roethlisberger won't have a field day against Denver's solid defense, he will be better.  Steelers by 4

Despite being shot herself, Sgt. Munley heroically managed to fire shots at the gunman in the midst of his shooting rampage at Fort Hood.

Sgt. Munley shot the suspect four times, reports AP. She had been directing traffic when she went in and stopped the gunman. She was wounded herself in the fight. She was just a few feet away when she took aggressive manners and shot Hasan.

Sgt. Munley remains in stable condition in an area hospital on a ventilator. She spent last night calling other officers on the scene to find out what happened. A true hero that saved many lives that day.

Last time I checked, Soccer wasn't Rugby. The purposeful contact didn't even get Lambert a red card (which would kick her out of the game) but only got her two yellow cards. She's very cute and very aggressive and violent. Talk about a handful of personality.

Her violent actions have caused her suspension indefinitely from New Mexico Lobo women's soccer team. She is not allowed to play any games or even practice with the team.

A statement by Lambert read according to KRQE.com, "I am deeply and wholeheartedly regretful for my actions," Lambert said. "My actions were uncalled for. I let my emotions get the best of me in a heated situation."

The 19-year-old singer – who is rumoured to be dating 'Twilight' hunk Taylor Lautner, 17 – is terrified about fronting hit US comedy show 'Saturday Night Live' this weekend but can't wait for her stint in front of the camera.

Lohan flew into a rage after her dad leaked tearful phone conversations between the two to the press on Wednesday (04Nov09).

Michael Lohan claims the move was an attempt to help his daughter kick her alleged drug addictions - but Lohan insists she doesn't need his help and is considering prosecuting him because the leak illegally breached her privacy.

And she took to her Twitter blog on Thursday (5Nov09) to share her disdain for her dad with fans.

Lohan wrote, "He's a deadbeat dad. He's disgusting to do this. He doesn't deserve attention. He needs help.

"It really hurts my mom for me and my siblings. I'd feel the same if I were a mother."

Lohan also offered some insight into her troubled early years, before Michael and her mother Dina divorced.

She adds, "She (Dina) blames herself for staying (with) him for so long, I'd beg her not to leave (because) he always threatened to kill her if she did...after disappearing, then coming home after being gone for several days while cheating on my mother&abusing substances.

"It's so sad that I even have to share this (with) everyone, but I haven't had a real relationship (with) Michael Sr. in years. That is the truth.

Rihanna, the 'Umbrella' singer – who split from Chris Brown after he assaulted her in February – singled out 'Photographs' from her forthcoming LP 'Rated R' as her favourite track on a record she found cathartic to write.

Rihanna said of the song: "It's called 'Photographs'. It's about a break-up, and the only thing you have to show for the relationship is some pictures... making this album was my recovery. It's the way I vented and expressed myself."

Rihanna, 21, avoided people for a month after the assault, but finally decided she wanted to go back into the studio after a night out at a club.

She explained to MSNBC: "The minute I decided to leave the house again, I called up Roc Nation executive Jay Brown and said: 'I want to do music, I want to go back in the studio' and we just did that. The German supermodel – who gave birth to daughter Lou last month – admits she has struggled more to get back into shape than she did after having her other children, Leni, five, Henri, four, and Johan, three.

She said: "I wouldn't say I'm back in shape yet. Everything changes when you get older. It was different when I was 31 with the first one and now being 36 with the fourth one."

She is now hitting the treadmill and eating sensibly in a bid to get back in shape as she fears she will remain bigger forever if she doesn't act now.

She added: "I think that if you wait too long and it sticks there it stays that way forever. I have to be motivated."

Meanwhile, her husband Seal has also spoken out about his family, admitting he was initially unsure of the impact having another baby would have on their lives.

He told website Celebrity Baby Blog: "It's a funny thing, having another child, because you have three kids who you love dearly and you think to yourself how could you possibly find any more love to give anyone else?"

"The first time you hold your baby in your arms there is this overwhelming sense of otherworldliness that is very, very difficult to describe."

Seal and Heidi have also been hit with exhaustion looking after their newborn – but agree it's worth it.

The Buffy the Vampire Slayer star, who welcomed Charlotte Grace with husband Freddie Prinze Jr. in September (09), turned 32 on 14 April (09).

She admits she was a little taken aback when doctors told her the sex of her child - because she was sure it was a boy.

Prinze tells People magazine, "We found out (we were having a girl) on my birthday actually. I was stunned, because for some reason I had been convinced she was going to be a boy. I said to Freddie, 'Thanks for the dress-up doll for my birthday!'

"As an only child raised by my mum, the mother-daughter bond is all I know. Now my mum comes over every Sunday morning, and to see the three generations of women, it's pretty spectacular." (c) WENN
