A New Jersey man named Jason Slater, 28, called 911 three times late June 10. He then called the Hopatcong police department main line claiming he was the president and wanted to speak to Tebow.

Slater was found hiding under pillows and clothes in his mother's closet according to police.

Slater was arrested and charged with making false public alarms. Police say that he threw his summons complaint to the ground. (c) tPC
