Nate Montana, 21 (at the time of the arrest), was driving 39 mph in a 25 mph zone in Missoula County. He was stopped at 3:15 a.m. and charged with a DUI.

Police reportedly smelled alcohol when they pulled over Nate Montana. The Police also said that Nate was fumbling to find his driver's license.

Montana was made to step out of his car and do field sobriety tests. Police said he did badly enough for the officer to request a breathalyzer test. Nate Montana declined to do the test.

Nate was taken to jail. In court, Nate pleaded not guilty. (c) tPC
