Serbia rally car accident [VIDEO, PHOTOS] kills 3 spectators. Four people were injured during the International Mountain Race "Tara 2012," where three died.

The accident occurred when the driver Branimir Simic from Bosnia and Herzegovina, lost control of his car and ran into the crowd.

One of them was sent to Belgrade and another is fighting for life in the hospital doctors.

One was reported to have died immediately after the accident occurred and two died later while under going treatment.  A child was the one who secured minor injuries and he is now doing fine.

Anesthesiologist on duty Uzice hospital Jelena Rakovic said that it was a head injury.

Crime scene investigation is ongoing, according to the information available now, the driver lost control of the vehicle at 300 meters from the goal in Jasikovica.
