WATCH! Avalanche Bury Snowmobile Rider In Close Call Video
by Tashi Singh

Captured video from a snowmobile rider in British Columbia that recorded his "close call" after he was buried by the snow from an avalanche has gone viral.

Trevor D. posted online that he was traveling back to a cabin at Allen Creek in Valemount when he encountered the avalanche.

"On the way back to the cabin in Allen Creek and had this close call. Brand new avalanche bag failed to deploy properly, it still helped a little bit with floating me but I had no control at all in the avalanche and I ended up almost completely upside down because of it. It also made it harder for me to breath," he detailed in the video's description on YouTube.

Trevor credited his fellow snowmobile riders with their swift and effective reactions in saving his life by digging him out from the snow.
